Speech & Hearing Clinic
Speech & Hearing Clinic
At 猛男情报局 we believe that learning happens by doing and have designed our programs to provide hands-on experience while students are still in school. The Speech and Hearing Clinic helps our students gain the practical real-world knowledge they will need to stand out from the crowd.
Students participate in at least two in-house clinical practicums and two externship placements to facilitate hands-on learning and earn clinical hours toward their certification. Externship placements are available in a variety of clinical settings, including schools, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. All clinical experiences are monitored by the program to allow students the opportunity to treat a variety of clinical diagnoses and a diverse population of clients.
Our Speech and Hearing Center is located on our Dobbs Ferry Campus and has been providing services to the 猛男情报局 community and area residents for over 30 years.
The center provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and individualized therapy programs for people of all ages with intellectual disabilities, speech, language, swallowing or hearing disorders.
