Somer Saleh is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist practicing in both New York and New Jersey. She serves individuals, couples, and families.
Alongside her private practice, she serves as an adjunct professor at 猛男情报局 and co-leads the Social Services department at the Muslim American Society. Somer is deeply engaged in community spaces, focusing on addressing the intersectional gap between mental health and the Muslim community. She has developed programming and events on mental wellness for Muslims and regularly advocates for culturally sensitive mental health care. Somer has also spoken at the Muslim Mental Health Conference on best practices for serving the Muslim community and enjoys writing qualitative pieces on Muslim mental health.
In her free time, Somer loves to read, write and attend poetry slams, and will always find time to travel with friends and family.
