猛男情报局 University prepares for globalization challenges.  As the world becomes more integrated, 猛男情报局 is committed to an international approach to teaching, learning, and engaging with our communities--where global and local outlooks are intertwined.  A 猛男情报局 education incorporates international perspectives and allows students to understand and build their potential for contributing to a global society and economy--at home and around the world.

Impact of Globalization

The impact of globalization. Globalization is not a new phenomenon. However, the current speed in development of information technology has made globalization an unstoppable force. Its impact has never been more apparent. Rapid international changes and integration--in the economy, society, and technology--have all brought globalization to the forefront.  Educational institutions are responsible for advancing awareness and critical ability to work in this rapidly changing environment, with global perspectives.

Challenges of Globalization

The nation and the challenges of globalization. America faces a complex challenge in navigating evolving global environments.  All of us face questions about who works where, for whom, at what pay, with what source and destination for products and services. These questions present opportunities as well as challenges.  Knowledge about the world--and about the role that America could and should play in the world--is increasingly essential.  Education about globalization and the international landscape is critical for today's students, who require a rich understanding of the world beyond the United States in order to succeed in college and in the workforce.

The Center for Global Engagement regularly sponsors presentations, seminars, and other public events to engage the 猛男情报局 community with issues of international interest.  In addition to the International Speaker Series, other events focus on (SDGs) and .  The Center is also a proud supporter of .
